brakes getting stuck?

hey guys so i have a 07 335i sedan and i have only had it for around 2 weeks...recently i have noticed every once in a while when i stop the car at a light or at a stop sign and then proceed to keep driving it feels like breaks are stuck. i let go of the breaks and hit the gas and the car jumps foward hard after like a second and then proceeds to drive smoothly. Is this normal? it goes away after a while i was just wondering if i should be worried.

also i wanna know if mky car has teh new programing that causes the lag, im not sure if it has it since i just got it and dont have anything ele to compare it to. could i take a video of it accelerating and post it up here?

Garage List
If you drive a MT it has a anti-rollback feature that keeps the brakes applied until you depress the accelerator after engaging the clutch. If you don't start going right away after 2 seconds or so the brakes will disengage either way and you will roll back. Giving you that "stuck" feeling.

Seems like a nice feature to me.

Search for lurching brakes and you will find a thread posted in recently with a lot of good info. Also search sticky brakes.
