12V socket in new 320 Touring
I've just got a lovely new 320d SE Touring. So far, I think its a stunning car, but I have one thing that I'm not sure about:
My daughter has a 10" DVD player that straps to the backof my headrest. It doesn't have a battery so runs off a 12v socket. The best position (I suppose) is the 12v socket in the central storage box. However, I think that when I put in the cable/adapter, I won't be able to shut the lid on the armrest as the adapter sticks up too far. How can I solve this? |

DYI forum has info on adding 12V to the back of the console box. That would give you easy access for a headrest mounted DVD player.
