Would BMW warrenty cover this?

The high beams on my headlamp seems to have blown out due to water from a small cut on the plastic protective cover dripping inside. The only thing i could of that has enough force to puncture the headlamp is a rock on the highway.

I didn't notice this until it started raining and I could see what seems to be condensation inside the headlamp. My question is, would BMW warrenty cover this? Or would this have to be out of my own pocket? Help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Probably out of your pocket. Operator error.
