has anyone purchased their car after the lease was up. and if so, did you pay off up front or finance thru BMW. Do bmwf even finance you at lease end ?

You can a. Return the car, b. Re-lease the car, c. Buy it outright, d. Finance to own.
If you're looking to finance and are under 60,000 miles, you may want to consider having the car certified first. That way you'll get the extra 2 years of cpo warranty, roadside assistance, and usually much lower interest rates vs a non-cpo car.

Usually you work out a final price with your dealer for a buyout, it may include certification or it may not; if the latter then they may charge up to $1500 for it.
