over miles for sevice ok?

My 1200 mile service is in 3 days and it says I have 40 miles to go for sevice- is it ok if I go over by 50 miles?

It should be fine. I was slightly over when i brought mine in. They just change the fluids mostly so I don't think a few miles will hurt.

I was 200 miles (1,400); no biggie, especially on the first one, which is premature anyway. Was driving the car home, so didn't have a choice.

Just by chance mine was at 1204 miles. They'd never seen anyone hit it so close.

make sure that you check the oil level as your driving home. mine was overfilled and leaking oil everywhere. check the oil level remember

anyone else have experience going over? I have to go on a trip tomorrow, and it's going to be about 350km(200miles ish) over the 2000km(1200mile) point

edit: i've read the other 3 threads I found over the next few pages, seems like the consent is that it's okay to go over abit, I guess I should call my dealer to inform them anyways..
