So I’m making this thread to just make a beginners guide for those who would like to make their E92 to look a little different than stock for under $1000. I know I didn’t know where to start when I just got my car, so hopefully this is helpful. Everything done is pretty simple and can be pulled off to be sold later if need be. I’ll post what I changed, where I bought the product/supplies, the price, the threads I used and a before/after shot of the mod.

How To: NA – 6 Bolts and double sided tape.

How To: I used painters tape to tape around the original emblems to know where they go, then heated them up with a blow dryer, then push them off with a credit card. I used goo gone to remove all the sticker residue then put on the new ones.

It's the details that make a huge difference in the overall look/feel/appearance.

I've done all these save the aerolip (not for my personal taste), but I'd go ahead and add "debadge" and "black kidneys" to the list.

i like the effort but don't think this should be a guide of any sort. Just do it to your personal taste. I would hate to drive around town and see the above done on multiple cars. Be different!

Thank you everyone for the compliments...hopefully it can help people so they don't have to search where to buy these products or find the "how-to" threads..

if I want to keep it lightly modded and not deal with warranty issues (such as a drop), my next stages would probably just be: angel eyes, signal lights (rear and side), montego colored roundels.

if warranty is not an issue, then rims and a drop as well.
