Recommend a good tuning shop / installer in Seattle Area?

Hey Guys,

Just picked up a set of KW V3 Coilovers and looking to get them installed. Can you guys help recommend a reasonably priced, quality tuning shop near the Seattle/Redmond/Bellevue area that can do the work? I’m still new to the area and not really familiar with the local tuning scene here. I gave SpeedWare a call, but they seem pretty pricey. I wanted to get a second opinion.

Any leads would be awesome. Thanks!

Michael

Have you called Strictly BMW in Bellevue?

No. I'll definitely give them a call Monday. What do you think a fair price for coil-over installs should be?

I'm new to WA as well so I don't know the ongoing rate here. Back in MA, a good installation plus alignment can cost as much as 800 bucks.

Group 2 and TruLine are both supposed to be good suspension shops.

Yeah. I was quoted the same thing. This is crazy expensive. Speedwares was 570 and I heard they are awesome.

That is dealer prices right there.

I have been more than happy with Group II motorsports in Magnolia. Great group. They put KWV2s on my 335. Excellent work including corner balancing.

Not surprised. Strictly is $$$. I don't know how they stay in business when they are so many similar, if not better options, in Seattle for less money.

I too love Group 2 in Magnolia. Great group of guys. They specialize in suspension setup and will work with you to get the alignment setup that you want.
