Looking for a police radar detector?

I have been shopping around for one for a bit. There are just too many options without real testimony. I would like feedback from people who own them. Let me know what model and your feedback. I really appreciate it.

get a V1 or the Escort 8500 or 9000. whatever the highest model # is.

if u want full protection get a 9500ci if not, everything else like v1 and 9500i works but is not a laser jammer. but will notify you if you are hit by a laser. but if you are speeding your screwed.

v1...it hasn't failed me yet.

you can go with a laser jammer, but if you get caught with it, the fine is pretty steep.

From my understanding you're allowed to run up to 3 jammers in CA.
Anything more than that is prohibited in this State.

Go with the V1. I do not personally have one. Also detecting lasers is useless; you might as well get a jammer.
