Looking to by a used e46 M3...

I'm looking at this 2003 M3 Convertible with 28,632 miles on it for $26,880.
I'm either getting that, buying a used 335i or 328i, buying a new 128i(zmp, ipod alarm, coral red, nav), or buying a new 135i (ipod, alarm)

I just want to know if the M3 will have problems with its current mileage and if I'll be spending a lot on its maintenance.

I also want your suggestions on if i should buy the used m3, used 328i/335i, or buy a new 128i/135i.
Will the M3 last 5 more years?

edit: DAMN I Misspelled "Buy"!
