Just Had M3 Serviced - Feel Abused!!!
Just collected car from Sytner Chigwell - was having clutch and flywheel replaced FOC under warranty - and even though it wasnt due for about 1,500 miles, i decided to have the car serviced whilst it was in to save me doing it when i get back from the Ring.......... £336.10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The bloody microfilter alone was over £100 - WTF!!!!!!?????? I need to go and have a little lie down!!

LMAO... I won;t tell you how much mine was then
The microfilter is different on the M3 to other coupes, it is a four part unit, so I guess this is why it costs a bit more. At least it's all set for next weeks abuse |

Exacty - i didn't know whether it was the 'micro' bit or the 'filter' bit that was confusing...

Sytner Chigwell (actually Loughton) are over priced on everything. Saved at least £1000 by driving a few miles to Cooper Chelmsford when i was buying my e92 320d.

I knocked my oil and brake fluid service down from £350 to £200 at Sytners High Wycombe. Always worth asking !

Sytner Chigwell/Loughton

I’m not sure on the M3 service pricing as I haven’t had my car (M3 DCT Coupe) long. On a side note what is their service like? Are they competent with the M3? A lot of dealers don’t see many of these cars even though it been around a few years. The reason for asking is I have my 1200serive coming up soon, so wanted my baby in the safest hands. I live in London. Thanks |
