How is registration coming along so far? Waiting to hear back from my buddy but he is out of town for a few days... will try and get it sorted out and booked soon though. Also wondering what the policy is on guests, ie. I assume the $200 fee is per car?

Oh, that is different! I have only seen it run what appears backwards. Corner 12 down to 8 in some fashion. Can't we just do a banzai run to 8 and see what top speed we can hit going down the hill to 8?

Clockwise is the natural direction for that track.Last year when I was there, about 8000 in 3rd gear was the quickest that I saw coming into the upper chicane which is somewhere around 160 kph.If you run without the chicanes I am sure you would be going a heck of a lot quicker and from a safety point of view that would not be a very smart thing entering corner 12 with the wall being fairly close.I was turning low 70 second laps in this configuration and having a heck of a lot of fun as there are a couple of 3 rd gear corners that you have to work up to get right.I was still managing to get the brakes quite warm without having to brake hard for corner 12 after a straight run up!

The $200 is per car and if there are going to be guests there will be an extra charge for the lunch. If there are 2 drivers per car the $200 is per driver.

I am starting to get people signing up and I had 3 guys with fast Corvettes and 1 Porsche sign up today.
