Remove Lower Front Grill

I saw one member did a lower grill delete can you post pics and lemme know hoew yuo did it thanks!

2009 135i  [0.00]
There is 8 clips on the inside of the grille (3 top, 3 bottom, 1 on each side). You need to either remove the whole front bumper cover or jack the car up and remove the skid guard on the bottom of the car to get to the clips. I would say removing the front bumper cover would be the easiest.

Wow. Do you really have to do that much work to remove it??

Warning to all who plan to do this mod: while on the highway, something came through that lower grill yesterday (a 2 inch chunk of rubber) and the grille slowed it down enough to not completely destroy my intercooler. So i need a new plastic piece, no big deal, but an intercooler would be quite a bit more expensive.
