the H&R rear i believe is 20 and i don't know the exact size of the rear one but the H&R one looks two to three times thicker it makes the stock one look like a toothpick

Del, you are awesome man!

The car is amazing now, totaly different ride. The KW V2 coilovers stiffened the ride considerably and now the car reacts much better on entering and exiting turns.

The H&R sway bars are hands down the best suspension mod you can get for your e90. The front and rear bars balance the car considerably and the car has barley any roll on low and high speed turns. The car has better traction now but the rear end wants to get loose if I push is hard on a low speed sharp turn.

Del thank for all your help today, and James thanks for the great prices!

That rear bar sure makes a huge difference. I had to drive around with only the front H&R sway for awhile, but when we added the rear one the difference was like night and day. Awesome!

I have the rears on the lowest setting! But the wierd thing is it's not much lower then my H&R sport springs, of course I have to give the springs a change to settle. The front is not too much lower, I don't want to compromise performance for looks anymore, I lost tons of performance when I had the 20's so I did not want to go back to that place.

Yea i thought the same thing too at first! DEL set mine at 1/4 in to the bottom on the rears and about 1/1/2 I think in the front! It was high when i left there but it did settle and I started rubbing with the 12mm on the rear right away so those had to go! I had no rub once I removed them and Now Ive been able to drop the rear to the lowest setting! Its sits nice and tucked now I really like the way It sits...Ive Never touched the front its still the same as del set it!!
I never set my rebound yet though at all!! I may experiment with that after I get the sway bars!
Did U or Del set your rebound??

They come out of the box with the most aggressive dampening the rebound it super stiff right now it is amazing the wheels barley move on bumps. I will play with it.

I love the hissing sound that comes from the shocks when you hit a bump! It's like there is a release of air when the shock compresses.
