I just painted my lower mesh grills today, was too bored when I got home after work..

Yeah i know...I got the replacement set up but haven't done it yet... gonna try to pull the bumper and do my lower mesh, helix ic and vorsteiner lip all in one shot!!!

Thanks for setting up the event, PNF. I'm bringing my mostly stock LCI. I doubt that'll last long after seeing some of your rides.

this may sound stupid.. i actually have only seen the LCI E90s a couple times on the road !!!

they're so rare around where I live, for some reason!!

You gotta see other people's ride before you do any mod if you want to mod!

Ha yeah. I've only got like 2k miles on her. I'll finally have a driveway in a month so the modding will begin. I think I'm going to get the bmw perf SSK done by end of summer.

Man, all of you bimmer owners on this forum dont really go out and "enjoy" the car!!

I am at around 7700 miles now and picked up last October.. and I was away for about 1 month on vacation..

My Matte Black Grill just arrived TODAY!!!

Manayunk to Plymouth Meeting right now. It's really not that bad. However, closing on a house in Conshohocken on May 22nd and I think it's like 2.02 miles and 5 turns from driveway to driveway.

GTR was there when I got in this AM. If you are on chemical, you pass under 476 and there is a big parking lot on your left immediately before you hit the chemical rd light. It's where everyone makes an illegal left after the concrete barrier ends because we don't have a light for our lot.

oh yea, I remember you told me about the house on 6/1! nice time to buy and at a hella LOW rate!! what rate you're getting if you dont mind?

I got mine last year @ 5.75 with 0 point. I think now, we can get around 5% @ 0 point.. right?

I locked into 4.875% 45 days before my closing date of May 22. I think it went down a tad more after I locked in, but I didn't want to take any chances. A 4.875 rate was more than good enough for me with an 8k tax credit. (ummmm mods next spring? ha)

I got mine last year and didnt qualify.. damn it.. should have waited 1 year... what a difference and money I'll be saving.

4.875 is hella deal @ 30 yr... thats like $150/month difference if i were to get the 4.875....

and that $8000 could come handy if I want to upgrade my house..
