Question What size help???

Hey guys -

What size rim and tire (19's) do I need so I dont have to worry about dropping my car to make up for that horrible space. I just got it aligned so I dont want to have to pay for that again.

e92 sport package.

Thank you very much!

Changing to 19s will not change the gap between the wheel and the fender, you will have to drop the car.

Since you have an e92, I don't recommend getting aftermarket 19s if you don't plan on lowering your car anytime soon b/c they will not fill in the gap. It will look like a rally car. Lower first, then 19s. That's what I would do. If lowering your car is not even an option whatsoever, I think I saw pictures of an e92 on 20s on stock suspension and it filled in the gap a little.

I have the sport suspension but when you put on aftermarket 19's it creates more of a gap right?

In 4 sets of wheels, I have not had to have had my car alighned once. But yes like others have pointed out, 19 inch wheels will not fill your gap.

Your eyes like to play tricks on you actually... The gap is almost identical to your stock wheels as long as you stay within the same rolling diameter. Since the wheels are upsized, the tires sidewall becomes smaller to compensate for the correct rolling diameter.
