Switch from runflats to ???

I want to soften up the ride on my 335i as much as possible. What are the cushiest 18" tires out there?

This would be 10x more smooth than the run-flats:

Get some Falken 452's or Dunlop Star Spec Z1's for a really good ride. The tread wear isn't great but the tires can't be beat for the price. You could buy two sets of those for the price of RFTs.

What is the offset? That looks like an M3 offset. Do they make one for Non-M fitment as well?

So many helpful responses.

I had the same dilemma on my 06 325 with sport package. 225/24/17 front and 255/40/17 rear. Stock tires are Pirelli Euphoria. They were just so awful. Harsh and loud. My non-RFT Dunlop Wintersports were so much more enjoyable.

Just yesterday I had Bridgestone RE760's installed. I've only driven 50 miles, but what a difference! So quiet and smooth on the highway. Great cornering grip as well, at least as good as the pirelli's. I chose these tires based on consumer reviews and test results on Tire Rack. Nice treadwear rating compared to some of the more extreme summer tires. And these price is right as well. Not the least expensive, but more reasonable than the higher end PS2's and RE050's

I plan on getting some Michelin Primacy tires to replace the Continental run-flats.
