I just picked up my black on black E90 and there is this one little blue spot on the passenger front door just at the crack where the vertical door handle meets the horizontal door handle. It doesn't look like a stain and it surely came like that when I picked it up. Any ideas what this might be? Or if there is any way of getting this off?

Does it look like marker or someone splashed something on there and it bleached?

It actually looks like some adhesive left there from when they took off the pastic wrapping. I took it to the dealer and they got most of it out. I didn't want them to scrub it too hard but fear of wear on the leatherette.

May try Lexol Vinyl cleaner on the remnants of the stain or even a little hairspray.

Is that the same as Lexol leather cleaner? I can't seem to find a vinyl one on the internet.

The Vinyl is in a blue bottle. Not sure about BC where you are but I know Pep Boys sells it in the states.
