E93 non m offset compared to E46 M3
I have seen a few e92/e93 cars here on E90 post that have e46 m3 wheels fitted i have seen traffic star wheels that are m3 offset are these a no go??? and the traffic stars have a 285 rear tyre which i will obviously change

It really depends on what the particular company considers "M" offset. The majority of the E46 M3 offsets will work on the E90, with a little fender roll to prevent rubbing. The E92 requires a less aggressive offset, so only the more mild M offsets can be considered. It seems like around +30 is the magical range for a nice look, and no rubbing (rolled or not). Going more aggressive +25ish requires a roll.
