CF Fabric Trim
I'm thinking of having the cf trim put into my E91 but i'm stuck finding someone that does this in the uk. Can anyone pointt me in the right direction , ideally in the Midlands too.

I'm also keen retrimming the standard trim inside my E92 with carbon fabric and have read the quality info on this site and on on PYSpeed site.
Will probably do it myself when I have free weekend but would be interested in getting a quote for someone else to do it as there's a HIGH chance they'd do a better job Any recommendations guys (also ideally Midlands but would travel)? Or did everyone do it themselves? |

Cheers themetz - chatted to ElegantSpoon in the Newbie forum - he was really helpful and definitely did it himself. Looks ace too.
I guess I'm still a little nervous of my skills (or rather lack of...) and wondered if anyone on here had got a professional to do on their behalf - auto upholsterer or similar? |

I have indeed done this as said £40 a yard from Soni and it arrives within three days!!
I've done a search because someone got some from the US and paid a shop to do it but I can't find the thread. I think he paid about £150? Something like that Its really not that difficult you just need to take your time. If you really don't want to do it yourself I would think any upholsterer would do it for you, just drive around without the trims in while they do it.

Thanks ElegantSpoon - advice appreciated. I've just read anothr thread with a guy being quoted £275ish to get it done, so think at that kind of money I'll probably be brave and have a go myself.
Will go one of two ways I guess or , but definitely worth a punt as if it comes together, it looks ace. |

I'm sure you will do a great job! You could always get two yards just incase. You will have loads to work with that way
