Red face Bye BMW for now.

Hadn't even realised the date today so read Tones post with interest, and posted accordingly.

Anyway, my car was in the dealers yesterday for a new DPF, and after chatting to the guy who sold it us 6 months ago, he made us an offer we couldn't refuse so we are still running around in the 116i courtesy car until the paperwork is completed.

No idea what's next on the horizon, we can manage with just my van at the moment so no rush to jump into just anything! Be nice to have a few extra quid every month to be honest.

Bugger, and I thought you were just helping my thread along!!
Didn't realise you'd actually jumped out of the E92. In the financial climate, losing just £1000 on your car over 6 months is no bad thing at all - I think you've done very well minimising that loss.

Whatever you do though, even if you're not in a E9x currently, don't leave this forum - it's a bit more than a motley crew of rabid BMW owners I expect your continued participation, especially pictorially !!!

If you don't mind my asking, WH, did you own your car outright or was it on a BMW PCP?

I'll be staying Tony, I have been banned from most of the other forums I frequent anyway due to my taste in pictures.

Try a few dealers, you might be surprised. With the lack of new car sales, there is a shortage of good used BMWs.
