can anyonre give me the average tire pressure on an e90? 19' rims

That much? One of the vendors said to use stock psi just like rft's.

well..i don't know, cause i used to put 88pounds on my 19's, and this what my frd(BMW TECH) told me !!i may be wrong!!but that's what i do!!

I think you'll find most people between 35 and 45 pounds. I run 42 on my 20s.

88-90 and you'll be buying new tires and probably some facial cosmetic surgery

Torque setting on the bolts will be 80-88lb ft.

Tire pressure will be same as the OE Rfts.

i totally misunderstood that tire pressure and bolts torque, for tire pressure i used to put 38 on 19's~!

I have tried a few different psi in my 19's. For me I like 38 rear and 36 front. Gives me the best ride and handling.
