E90 Sedan Rear Fenders Factory Rolled??

So I was detailing my 07 335i today and while cleaning the rear wheels I noticed that the lip on the rear fender seems to be rolled up from the factory? Is it like this on all E90 sedans?

so if i want to run m3 fitment on my e90 which is already factory rolled, do i have to roll it further??
