Apexcone HID fogs still issues :(

so i installed my apex cone hids

i still get flickers on and off
sometimes they go on sometimes they dont, ill have to do a on off woth the switch to get them back....i know fellow members have not have any issues...also go out when switching from highbeam to low

ugh! can anyone help?

Did you get the slim ballast?
