which bmw performance springs did you get?
so it seems from the other bmw performance springs thread that there is no rhyme or reason as to why certain persons are getting various springs.
i was hoping maybe we could keep this thread free from clutter and stick to the facts. if you have purchased the bmw performance kit - or bmw performance springs please post any information you can. which springs you got, part numbers - pics of how your car sits....etc. thank you! |

I think you know but I'll be the first to post:
Performance Springs Front: 31336788893 (T3) Rear: 33536788901 (T4)

T3 in the front; I am guessing it is T4 in the back but I do not have access to a lift to look at the rear springs to confirm. The part numbers are the same as Mr.5's. I don't have recent photos but looks similar to those Mr.5 posted in the other thread.

I was only curious about the fronts but now I know. Quote:
I really don't understand why you would get different part numbers than mine. What are your options? I'm willing to bet that the main difference between the T3 and T4 is manual vs auto.

my car is 07 w/ premium, and cold weather packages. automatic.
i'm probably going to be brave and try the kw street comforts. the v1's were a bit too low and stiff - and the eibach pro kit is even lower and too soft for how low it is in my opinion. the fsd's are a nice damper but i think also a bit too soft on the compression stroke considering how significant the drop is. i'd like to get my car to about the factory zsp ride height but with the front just slightly lower than the rear - and i think the kw street comforts will let me achieve that. but i am certainly worried that the ride will be stiffer than the v1's considering the stiffer - linear springs. |

To me, it's ridiculous to have different springs for an auto vs a manual just because the auto is 11 pounds heavier. I'm really happy with the performance suspension, but I wouldn't be if the front sat higher than the rear.

i was trying to hold out for the v1's to sell before buying the street comforts - but it looks like i'll have two suspension systems up for sale soon. |

Jack up the car and look at what's on your springs.
