Actually, the Coupe will be cheaper because the Sprts Package in the Sedan is $600 more, plus you get fold-down seats for free with the Coupe.

A 3 thousand dollar premium for the turbo engine is fair....
BMW knows that people will pay.

But here's the real shocker....the 328 goes up by the same 3 grand!

The price for the BMW Assist is different in the PDF file ($750) compared to what you posted ($500) are there differnet kinds or is it just a typo?
Or better yet, are they from different sources?

We have our upper and lower bounds now.

Lower = 2006 330i sedan = $36,600
Upper = 2007 335i coupe = $40,600

Do I hear a $38,600 for the 335i sedan?

I never really thought that BMWNA would widen the gap too far between the 328 and 335.

I guess that we now assume that the 335 sedan will have a base price of ~39,200 - ~39,600 or so, and the sport package will be $1600 instead of $1000, making an adjusted base price of a 335i sedan + sport ~$41,200 versus $41,600 for the 335 coupe + sport.

Did you notice that the premium package now includes 4 years of ASSIST? And it's only $250 more than the premium package on the 330 sedan. Not a bad tradeoff. Now that ASSIST offers stolen vehicle tracking, that's a very nice value indeed. NAV is +$100 over the E90 NAV.

335 + sport/prem/nav/heated seats/comfort access/metallic paint = $47,625. Take about 10% off of that for a good ED deal, and you're looking at $43k. Not bad at all, really.

I don't think so. The Sedan has historically been cheaper than the Coupe (by around 1K - 1.5K).

335i base price is over 40K, adding the must have options , that makes the price ~47K.

So, the base price seems fair; guessing that does not include destination...

Rich
If you add the sport to both the coupe and sedan, the differential goes down to only $400 between the two, since the sport package is $600 more on the sedan (because the coupes get the sport suspension standard). All the other options are identical.
