E92 Lease Rates

Apline6Spd(I think) mentioned a guess at a Money Factor of .00315 and residual of 59% at the introduction. Does anybody think differently? Also, should we expect the MF to lower significantly as MY2007 goes on? I got a MF or .00190 for the e90 in Fed and I'm hoping to get something comprable this time.

Also...how much can we get off using MSD?

i heard .00295 and 61%

I really hope I can get a low 700s lease rate...

I would rather buy the car if the payment is near 800 p/mo
