Detailing @ Night?
I work long days and like to hit the gym after work. When I get home the sun is already down
What are if any drawbacks to washing/detailing my car @ night in my garage? thanks in advance!

Welcome to my world! Just need lotsa light in the garage. I work nights and sleep during the day, so when I make noise at night I dont feel bad. My stupid neighbors have woken me up numerous times when I'm trying to sleep!

The only drawback would be after polishing to see if you induced any marring. Lots of light needed

other than what's said already, you'll have a puddle in your garage too! that's the only reason why i don't detail at night. my garage isn't slanted... at all

I've done this on several occasions. I work in the garage with some halogen lights.. lets me see the swirls better, etc. Just make sure to open your garage a bit for some venting cause it can get hot lol
