How did you put your car in sleep mode? If you car was in sleep mode you shouldn't of received a limp mode from an SSTT install.

Exactly.. once you unlock the doors your car has woken up from sleep mode.. So you want to make sure you pop the hood and lock the doors and then give it 20 minutes before the install.

That kinda sucks, cuz theres a bunch of stuff it could have been. I personally wouldnt worry about it unless it happens again.

If your car is Post March 08 production, or if you ever had dealer reprogram the car, then you may have triggered the manipulation code for Air/fuel mix.. Can't remember exactly which one it was.. These codes are warranty voiders..
try scanning with either a GT1 or the new BT tool to make sure you do not have any code.. Good luck

the gt1 is the same as bt? also the only reason to check if you have any codes is if limp mode shows up?

No with the BT you can clear the codes! Even the hidden "shadow" codes

He would not have triggered an air/fuel manipulation code when the car is not even on! That code is triggered under load. Worst case it would record the TMAP being unplugged! Granted this code isnt good either but none the less
