What to do?

picking up the car tomorrow - and its going to be washed and waxed by bmw - is it then too late to clay the car?? if not - how do i clay it in 30 degrees weather (no Garage) - should i clay it even if has been waxed by these idiots?

best bet, Ask them not to clean the car. More likely than not, they will mar the paint up, especially if you got JB. I feel you about the cold. To be honest take it to a professional detailer especially without a garage. Clay needs a temp over 30 degrees to work well. If a detailer is not an option for you. Get a bucket of warm water and ONR. Then warm the clay up by rolling it around in your hands. then wax or seal. It will be brutal, but I would rather suffer a day in the cold than have swirls all over my car.

Never let the dealer wash or wax your car

In 30 degree weather, it's best to let it warm up a bit, at least let it get into the 40's
