Tyre question ....
Anyone any knowledge/experience of Pirelli Pzero Rosso vs Michelin PS2's in as far as grip in dry/wet, longevity and noise?

My RS6 had P Zero Rossos on when I got it. Thought they were pretty good to be honest, but after about 3000 miles they needed changing so I switched to the PS 2s as I'd heard good things.
Much preferred the PS2 - they were quieter (possibly a function of the fact that they had more tread) but found that they inspired more confidence when really pushing on. The RS6 never really struggled for grip but being so heavy the confidence mid corner was most appreciated. The other key benefit was that they seemed to provide a lot more rim protection for the alloys than the rossos - nice big ridge of rubber. |
