Im confused: Koni Yellows and FSD Gold... same or not?
Between these ones:
Koni FSD set http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pag...roduct=3917302 vs Koni Yellows (front, back, sold separately) http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pag...roduct=3917672 is there a difference? Prices seem similar. I'd be matching with Eibach Pro Kit springs. Saw a member here and really liked the drop and comfort is better than ZSP. I have non zsp car too.

Yes, there is a difference. If you are just doing a mild drop, like with the Eibach Pro Kit, I would use the FSD's. That is the set up I used. If your drop is more extreme, then I would use the Koni yellows.

FSDs and prokit are a decent combo. Dont forget about the BMW performance suspension too. Ive had both, and the BMW package out performs the FSD/prokit combo.

to piss you off obviously, lol. Sorry, didn't realize its an asked a lot Q.
Yeah I hear you with the BMW kit, but price wise I think it's much more expensive. The FSD and pro kit are about 1000 together, dunno about the BMW package but I guess it'd be around 1500-2000. Thanks for the pic RipsE92!

It would be interesting to see how that pairs up. I can tell you that I was never satisfied with FSD. The car with 4 people was not a good driving experience at all. Harsh, with lots of bouncing and bottoming out.

I see...but it might not necessarily be FSD's problem, I'm thinking the eibach springs has something to do with that too, plus the driving experience can never be "good" with 4 ppl in the car right?

Actually, just been to dealership to replace my windshield wipers and asked the prices for my non zsp suspension.. Guess what? 2000USD (thats shocks and springs ony).
FSD is starting to look like bargain i guess.

Koni FSD/Prokit combo FTW!!!
I love it!! I wanted a slightly lower drop then ZSP but with the same drivability and comfort I felt driving a ZSP equipped E90. I thought I got the perfect balance.

oh, and it's probably 400 usd or so to ship it. yes, cheaper a bit but i think konifsd pro kit should be a bit softer and not as harsh as oem performance one.

no probs. Just came back from the full year service, dealer said shocks i have on now can go on a bit more so I'll first do the chip and see how the car handles with more power and if I need to get the shocks or not. Probably will be fine but the service cost me 1000 usd just now so cash is tight for car and i'm gonna save up a bit...
