Post Your Price for Extended Warranty & Maintenance

I've searched the forum and haven't seen anything recent regarding what people are paying for extended warranty and maintenance.

For those of you who have purchased one or both of these within the last three months, what did you pay?

Thanks in advance!

I just got mine last week in Mckenna of Los Angeles. i got $4,300 on extended maintenance alone. I got ripped off. Other dealers here I checked its only around $2,400. I asked the dealer why they charged me 1900 dollars more. They said because I am driving a manual transmission. Asked if I can get my money back and they said I can't

Anyone knows if even have a shot at getting some money back? A few hundred bucks I would let go, but 1900 dollars...that's 3 months worth of payments for my car.

Quote in NJ.....Hello Mr White, Xxxxx gave me your email in regards to the warranty you might be interested in.
the extended maint. plan is for 2 extra years or up to 100k miles and price for that is 1645 plus tax
all maint items in your original maint are covered there is not deductible to perform maint.

as for the extended warranty that is 3375.00 plus tax
that does carry a 50 deductible due if there is any warranty work done per repair order. so just to clarify if you have 1 0r 10 items that are covered its just 1 $50 charge, there are some items that are not covered such as wear and tear( suspension , trim and some seals) also audio components.
if you would like to do the upgrades please contact me at this email. thanks

hahaha! I meant it as a dumb fish, but you're right. I am still checking what else I can do about this issue. Just got the car a week ago. I really thought I got all the info I needed, but I was dumb enough to forget the check the price for the extended maintenance. This no one's fault but mine

I beleive you can cancel it and get refunded. That is what my dealer told me when I was buying it. Please verify and double check your contracts/paper you signed.

You know what they said I can't,but I'll read my contract papers...you are right though. Its not like I want it canceled before 4 years is up. I already asked who is their supervisor or manager already. I will have to speak to him immediately when I have time.

The contract does state you may cancel the extended maintenance/warranty plan, but I don't think I will need to do that because the dealer was willing to work out my issue. Thanks for the advice ppl
