Talking Noobie in the Bimmer World!

Hello everybody,

I'd like to introduce myself as this is my first post. My name is Kevin and I'm 25 years old, Elec. Engineer and I'll be getting an 07 BMW 335I coupe very soon. I heard there was a lot of problems with the 07 models but the one that I'm looking at has a February build date. Could you guys send me some links that shows the possible defects on the 07 models?

Thanks,

Kevin

for HPFP (High Pressure Fuel Pump) as this is probably the most common. The next issue I had was the steering column lock, heard this is fairly common as well. Steering column is more common with 06 than 07 I believe.

Congratulations on your bimmer man.
I know how much work it takes to be an engineer as I've seen from my friend who's a mech. engi. and my younger brother who's in school for fireprot. engi.

You deserve to have a bmw.

I deserve a lot of things, Doesn't mean I'm going to necessarily get them.

I can say I deserve a Veyron, not going to get it though.

Congrats to the OP.

I'm an Industrial Engineer and this is my first Bimmer as well. Hopefully it'll be the first of many. Congrats and welcome!
