The person from the dealer must have had their eyes glued shut when looking at it! If it was running didn't they think it was running a bit rough!

Making a car look like something else is sort of alright - you could argue you like the look of the M5 from a styling point of view over a 525d but you can't afford an M5.

To badge it M5 though is just wrong and very sad indeed.

I agree with you from a styling point of view,but to rebadge it as something else is pointless..

I actually saw something really funny today, down the side of my car (very small) it says "Twincam 16 turbo" saw an MR2 (non turbo) looked a bit of a mess stupidly big alloys for the car, blacked out windows, no bodykit though (only redeeming feature?? Nah it was awful!) and down the sides it had in the correct small letters "Twincam 16" as it should and down the door bright white decal saying "turbo"
