Not too keen on that 5 Series Hatchback idea. D.

That front end is the shape of things to come with the new 5er a 3er. Can already be seen on the new 7er and Z4. As for a hatchback 5er? It's on the same approach as the X6. Designed for people who want boot space who won't buy a Touring/Estate/Wagon. Especially them Yanks. I am all for sportier looking and performing Tourings as I need/want the space. Not sure on the hatchback idea though for me.

Well ive spent time observing and analysing.Yep more a US built machine.
Me im not a lover of it or the X6,just dont see where its going>like a no mans land of vehicles.Sayin that the new porsche is odd ball too.Maybe we dont see it,well ill rephrase that ...maybe i dont see it. I know BMW are never far wrong and its more the reputation than the vehicle that sells but im not in the market for this one. Im like carrerarsr here...a touring makes the most logical sense to business people/reps,surprised theres not more of them on the road. |

it looks wrong, the colour doesnt help.
stick some 20s on it, lower it, carbon black, 4.4 turbo 8, and ill probbably lust for one. Bmw does a panamera for the masses.
