Offer $25K out-the-door price!

With the current economy, you should get it.

Sounds like a good deal. You have just about every imagineable option. I would jump on it. Maybe meet them halfway and offer $26k flat. I doubt they'll come down to 25k given the low mileage, CPO, and options.

Given the car is loaded to the gills its a good price. Make sure its a CPO.

Depends on how you value the car itself. I just paid that price for the 330 I got. Yes, a little high, but I was shopping for ZSP/6MT/Navi combo with CPO, which is pretty hard to find. I know that economically speaking I paid about 1-2 grand too much, but searching for a USED car equipped the way you want will be difficult. In my case, it didn't help that another buyer showed up right after me and was gunning to take it from me (no, he was not a dealer ploy). Also, I put a lot of value into the fact it was 6MT, since this was a big factor for me and hard to find.

330's will be rare, and finding one equipped the way you have it listed will be even harder. Chances of you finding another local 330 with those options (especially 6MT) will be very slim, not to mention low miles.

Bottom line: as long as you're confortable with the purchase price, then you're fine. You don't need strangers to validate your own purchase. I'd say just start at 25K OTD and work from there. If they don't budge too much, then have them add on stuff (tint, alarm, navi update, etc).

it's amazing how quickly a car depreciates. A year ago, a 330i optioned like this was at LEAST $31k-$33k

They were of course asking 27, i started at 25...then after a few back and forths, we settled on 26 even. Of course, i've learnt that i don't own the car until i have pictures, so please bear with me, i'll get them up soon.

<-- i guess now would be a good time to change what I drive!

No, it is an optional extra.

The car looks to be pretty thin on the options, there is room to negotiate.
