Looks great! I hate snow, too!
Are those parts painted or cf? If they are painted, did you buy them that way from JBSPEED? And how's the paint quality? Did the trunk lip come with 3M tape? |

Just received my M3 spoiler from JBSPEED.
I can't install it for a while, it is too cold and snowing here. I did go out to the garage to check the paint match and fitment. The paint looks great, Montego Blue is hard to match but it looks about as close as it could be, and the finish is very smooth with no noticeable flaws so far. Fitment is good, I will have to be careful while installing it because it will need to be bent slightly to get the best fit. Hopefully the paint won't crack, it's only a slight bend to get it to lay flat on the curve of the trunk. Have to wait for a warm day so that the tape is super sticky and everything is more flexible. |

wonsungnabi,
How cold was it when you installed the spoiler? When I get mine, it'll be around 30-40degrees in MD, and I'm concerned about the tape. I know they need to be warm and all that to get the best stickiness attainable. Since I live in an apartment, and I can't get a hairdryer, I'm thinking of blasting the heat inside my car and holding my spoiler against the heating vents to get it warmed up... Btw, i also got mine from JBSPEED. Great guy to work with -- kept me informed every step of the way! |
