concerned-car on boat yet listed options still don't match up with my order?

i have been tracking my car through the owner's circle website...at first, the options listed did not match up with what i ordered...they were completely off but once the car reached the production stage they were somewhat updated and only 2 items were there that i did not order...i figured it was no big deal and it would update again but now the car has just about arrived at the port in new york city and it is still listing the wrong options...does it normally never show the options 100% accurately or did my dealer make a mistake and order the wrong options? thanks in advance!

^ Yes to what beskone just said. Don't trust the web site at all. If you really want the authoritative list of options on your order, have your dealer copy and paste your order manifest from dealerspeed.net and e-mail it to you.

another alternative is to use the VIN to track your car in the online system, if you're not already. i originally used my production order number and never had the correct options and the production process never advanced. once i deleted and used my VIN to track, everything was kosher. except of course that i'm still waiting for it to be put on a boat and shipped.

My car updated to the VIN, and the options are still wrong - I think the website will be wrong until after I take delivery TBH.

The web site sometimes shows the correct options for mine, and sometimes no options at all! It's quite a mysterious system.

When you initially got your vehicle tracking # did your SA tell you to make sure to wait like 24 hours before logging in? The reason is because they recycle and reuse the tracking #'s and if you didn't wait then you would be logging into someone else's vehicle and tracking there's basically. I think it's the stupidest thing in the world, but that's how my SA explained it to me.

I have the same problem and mine is also coming to NYC. The boat was supposed to arrive at the end of last month, and my options are still wrong, every since the beginning of the whole process, the only thing that happens, is my options disappear for a day every like once or twice a week and the same options appear again. There are about 3 things on it that I didnt order
