X3 wheel offset please

hi guys,

I am a member from the E90 forum.
can someone point out the offset of X3 wheels please?
I have a set of E90 wheels and I am wondering they will fit a X3.
thanks in advance.

from your reference chart, do you mean any 7 x17 or 8 x 17
with ET39 and ET46 will fit?
now I have to check the E90 offset to see it will match.
if it matches, then I can use my E90 wheels in the X3, am I correct?

I think you will find the offset for your E90 rims is +34.
Not sure if you will have 7.5" or 8" width in a 17" E90 rim.
You really have to do some calculations, bringing in the width of the tire also if that is different.
I think the E90's will "fit" but the compromises are:
- your X3 track will increase a bit
- the X3 wheel bolts should seat O.K. in the E90 rims but not a perfect match (17mm. vs.15mm hex head)

Thanks Johnn,

I have a set of snow tires mounted on E90 17" rim here that I think I should keep for future use in case I buy a X3.
God, last 2 months in Vancouver the snow was terrible.
I had snow wheels on my E90 and I can't even move at all
brand new and only used 1 season.
if I know for sure it will not fit then I am better off selling it now.
