BMW KDS / tyre noise.

Took my BMW to the dealer for a KDS. this problem was non existent before I had a KDS done, but since having it done l've noticed a weird noise coming from the rear of the car at speeds of 50-70mph it sounds like a motorbike in the distance or a slight humming noise I have 7mm tread on the front and 4mm on the rear. it also had a health check whilst it was in for the alignment which was all fine so I doubt it's a bearing issue. Any thoughts? I'm thinking perhaps the rear tires had worn unevenly prior to the wheel alignment? which is now causing this noise….it definitely wasn’t there before having the wheel alignment done.
