I'm going to be installing my UUC within the next week or two. Depending on the mood that day, I may try to take pics and/or do a diy.

From my experience the mood will darken quickly, use a flash, good luck!

Ok, so UUC is installed. Sorry, no pics or diy, but it's basically exactly like the diy for the 335.

The UUC instructions will tell you to disconnect your exhaust, but I could not see any reason to do this and didn't do it. Still not sure why it says to do it. I did remove the 4 bolts under the trans brace, which dropped it just a tad, providing a little extra room to work around.

Hardest part of the install was the 6 tiny screws you have to install into the carrier. I was able to do 5 of them from inside the car and the other one I did from underneath the car. Just tedious work. Take your time and it's no problem.

While I was under the car, I modified my CDV. Still not sure why people are buying a modified CDV. Just tap out the restricter with a screwdriver and it's modified. Hmmmmmmmm.

UUC is amazing. A little stiff now, but from my experience with prior UUC short shifters, it will get smoother in a few days.

Highly recommended.
