Hi everyone

I have an (F40) 118i 2020 about 80k, that out of nowhere started losing approximately 100ml of coolant in a few hours and then stops losing. The car doesn't need to move or even be turned on to lose fluid and there isn't a visible leak anywhere. I have toped it 4 times in the past 3 days and everytime loses the same amount in approximately the same time. Any advice or idea would be deeply appreciated.
