Service Engine light?

I had put in a midpipe, CDV, along with a blow off valve last night. Drove my car home after getting the midpipe and CDV in, everything was fine. Later in the night, i decided to put in the BOV, drove it around...was fine. I turned my car on this morning, (it was cold outside, i'm from illinois) and everything was fine. I go in my car after warming it up and the light is on. I drove my car to work and it ran fine... What could the problem be? Any help is much appreciated as I'm sure everyone here comes across an issue.
