Tightening the E-Brake

Does anyone know how to tighten the E-Brake on our E82 1er's? I've seen the shift boot removal DIY but nothings been posted about tightening an E-Brake. Can anyone help?

Why do you need to tighten the e-brake? That should be a warranty issue.

Take it to your dealer and have them tighten it under warranty. That's what I did. It's "self-adjusting," but the the travel still gets to be excessive.
