Sunroof Malfunction

Sunroof malfunction... Great.

Off to the dealer

Called Service. The guy had me make the sunroof go thru an initialization cycle..

All fixed!..

What is an "initialization cycle" for the sunroof? Sounds wacky but glad to hear you got it resolved!

all you do is hold down the up button (to make it tilt) for 40-60secs and it should go through all the motions recalibrating the sunroof.

regarding the pros/cons of a sun roof, i love being able to have fresh air with it blowing into my face. but in the end i guess it depends on your priorities with the car.

I had it happen too, and this resolved my issue.
