Replacing trunk brake light lens?

Has anyone tried this?

Mine is slightly cracked from the factory. Thinking about replacing this myself to avoid a newb tech fiddling around with the trunk.

Several others were replaced under warranty - seems to have been a fitment problem at the factory.
