**Riss Racing** 3" Catted Downpipes (Available now!!!)

Hello everyone,

The long awaited Riss Racing 3" CATTED downpipes are available now!!! Here are the pictures of our Polished and Ceramic Coated! Everybody on the pre-order list should have gotten their FEDEX/USPS confirmation today. If not, please email me at Adam@rissracing.com.

1. POWER? Catted downpipes will still create tons of power. Our cats are located near the bottom of the downpipes. They have custom Metal Substrate Catalytic converters which flow from 3" to 2.5" smoothly. The reason for this is to continue to build boost up top with 3 inches of flow and putting the cats in before the sensors so we don't have a CEL. We have our sets going out to a few of our clients that will test the power for us on independent dynos.

2. DYNO? See above.

3. AVAILABILITY? TODAY.

4. 135i? Yes, it fits the 135i! (For now, All RHD 135i orders, please contact Andrew @ SouthernBM for ordering information.)

Pictures on our site are not updated yet. They should be updated this weekend. They are available for purchase right now. Please contact Anthony (Riss Racing) for more ordering information. Thank you guys!

Finally!!! Now some reviews so I can order these. I finally got a response from my dealer that they are a-ok with exhaust mods, so I think i'm going to have to go this route.

Adam, are there any problems to worry about without having the flex section on the DP's?

NOBODY has as much R&D for the N54 downpipe market as us. This is a fact. We have used every method in regards to making the best downpipe. You do not need a flex pipe with these downpipes. We also back up our statements with a 5 year warranty.

A quick side note. The cats will smoke white upon install for about 2 min. This is because they are brand new and need to heat up. After that the white smoke is gone. I will also update the videos I have a ton of clips with the final production catted DP. The videos up right now are from our prototypes. Thanks!

Thanks! We are very proud of these cats. They are purely custom to the downpipes, and were very hard to make!

Will the catted downpipes cause any CEL's or codes?

I got mine today and they are works of art. It's a shame they won't been seen after the install.

Quick question why is there a third threaded hole on each of the pipes that is plugged on the short pipe, and on the long pipe I just have 3 open threaded holes, no plug installed in the third open hole? Am I missing a plug? Or is there a third connection other the the sensors that don't show up on your DIY instruction site? Just wondering?

Thank you Fran,

For the longer pipe, you should have a bung bolt on each pipe. 2 openings for the stock o2 sensors on each pipe and 1 for wideband. Let me find a few bolts to ship out to you. Thank you!

No stickers in the box? You should have 2 decals per set. Let me double check for you. We really appreciate all those that represent us!
