Those appear to be good gains for the tuner + intake + exhaust run. Would've been nice to see just the exhaust without either, though.
The intake is a lot more reasonably priced than the BMW one, that's for sure. But since it's basically an open cone in the engine without a cold air box around it, I'd be a little worried that it's not going to show any gains from a standing start in everyday traffic once the engine reaches operating temperature. (As opposed to a race track environment). Any thoughts to fab'ing a cold air box for the intake, too? |
