turn Signal Out

one day after taking delivery my left turn signal started clicking faster, I got out of the car and saw the driver side rear turn signal was out. I tapped the light with my knuckle and it kicked on. Then I drove a couple miles and it turned off again. the knuckle tap did not fix it this time, i went behind the light and and checked to see if the connections were tight, they are. I would like to resolve this without taking it to BMW any ideas?

I believe you have to take the wheel well liner out to replace the front turn indicator lamps. I feel for you, for having such a new car needing a lamp replaced, but you should call you CA to see if he/she can prep it for you that they do it while you're waiting...
