Uneven Rear Brake Pad/Rotor Wear
Two weekends ago I did some "spirited driving" in the 135 and now I have uneven wear on the rear rotors and pads.
Anyone else have this problem? |

That's definitely not right, have the dealer check it out.

I plan on taking the car in, just looking for someone else who has tracked their car hard and see if this is a common problem. On my way home from work today I hit the brakes pretty hard a few times and it cleared the rust off. My track day must have radially tapered the pads, not sure what causes this. |

I'd have a guess that the track had a few corners where you had to brake whilst cornering???
Bearing play in the hub would place the disc on an angle, whilst the caliper remains fixed. That is the exact reason why proper racing brake setups have floating discs. |
